Massage into the affected area for at least a minute, or until the balm warms. then leave it alone and it will soak in. 

Contains – Arnica, Melissa (Lemon Balm), and Calendula infused oils, Hemp seed oil, Olive oil, wax, Melissa and Lemon Myrtle essential oils.
